Multiple individuals can be listed on the rental agreement as drivers. When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must present their driver's licenses, ID cards/passports, and agree to the rental conditions. In the event that individuals not listed on the rental agreement are driving the vehicle, the agreed-upon terms and insurance will not apply, and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the rental agreement holder or the primary driver.
Cross Border is a permit for crossing the border of the Republic of Croatia with a rental vehicle.
The lessor's vehicles are not allowed to exit the borders of the Republic of Croatia (RH) without prior permission from the lessor. The user is obligated to inform the lessor when renting a vehicle about any plans to take the vehicle outside the borders of the RH. If the lessor approves the vehicle's exit from the RH, it must be specified in the rental agreement.
If the user fails to inform the lessor about taking the vehicle outside the RH, the user does so at their own risk. In such a case, the insurance selected by the user when entering into the rental agreement does not apply.
If the user notifies the lessor of the vehicle's exit from the RH and the lessor approves it, the lessor specifies this in the rental agreement and charges a fee for taking the vehicle outside the RH according to the lessor's price list. In the event that the lessor approves the vehicle's exit from the RH, all insurances chosen by the user at the beginning of the rental remain valid outside the RH.
The lessor does not allow the rented vehicle to be taken to the following countries: Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia.

If the user is transiting through the town of Neum (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on the way to/from the southernmost part of the Republic of Croatia, they are obligated to notify the lessor.
The user is also obliged to inform the lessor about using a ferry and taking the vehicle to the islands. The lessor may charge a fee for this according to the pricelist.
If the user does not contract the FIT supplement but uses the vehicle in transit through the Neum area (BiH), on the ferry, and on the islands, the insurance specified in the rental agreement does not apply.

The vehicle delivery service is available upon request and is arranged based on the possibility and availability for delivery. The vehicle delivery service incurs an additional charge, and the payment is made according to the lessor's price list.

LAST MINUTE Rent a car is a Croatian company that does not have branches outside the Republic of Croatia. Vehicle pickup and return are possible exclusively in Croatia.
It is possible to extend the rental, but the reservation center or the branch where the vehicle needs to be returned must be notified in advance. The extension of the rental will be approved based on the availability of vehicles.
To extend the rental, it is necessary to sign a new agreement indicating the new rental period and pay the agreed-upon price for the extension. Additional rental days are charged according to the current price list.
Upon vehicle pickup, a pre-authorization of funds will be processed on the credit card. The pre-authorization amount depends on the vehicle category and the insurance package chosen by the customer during the vehicle pickup.
The deposit (pre-authorization of funds) on the credit card is used for the payment of potential damages to the rented vehicle, extension of the rental period, subsequent acquisition of additional services, parking fines, speeding fines, and any other charges arising from the vehicle rental.
The deposit also serves to cover damages that fall into the category of negligence by the driver, such as: incorrect fueling, lost/damaged keys and/or vehicle documents, burnt-out clutch, damage to the interior of the vehicle, and similar damages that are not covered by any insurance.
The cancellation of the pre-authorization of funds on the credit card (deposit) depends on the issuing bank of the credit card and may take anywhere from 7 to a maximum of 30 days from the date the pre-authorization was made.
The owner of the credit card used for the pre-authorization must be present at the vehicle pickup to sign the authorization consent. The owner of the credit card does not necessarily have to be listed as the driver in the contract.
Payment for the agreed rental amount and additional services is made in cash, debit, or credit card upon vehicle pickup.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Premium.
A deductible is the maximum amount of participation in damage. The amount of the deductible depends on the vehicle category.
CDW stands for Collision Damage Waiver - a risk fee with a deductible for damage, varying by vehicle groups.
TP stands for Theft Protection - a risk fee for the theft of the vehicle with a maximum theft deductible, varying by vehicle groups.

By paying for CDR coverage, risks such as destruction/damage to tires, wheel rims, or hubcaps, destruction/damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, interior damage (unless the interior is damaged in an accident), all vehicle windows, and all damages without a police report are not covered.
CDR coverage does not exempt the obligation to contact the police and the lessor in the event of any damage to the vehicle.
SCDW stands for Super Collision Damage Waiver – an additional option for waiving the deductible according to the current price list, which varies by vehicle groups.
In this case, the user does not pay the deductible amount if they comply with all the provisions of these general rental conditions.
Risks not covered by SCDW coverage include destruction/damage to tires, wheel rims, or hubcaps, destruction/damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, interior damage (unless the interior is damaged in an accident), all vehicle windows, and all damages without a police report.
SCDW coverage does not exempt the obligation to contact the police and the lessor in the event of any damage to the vehicle.
WUG – The waiver of participation in damage for the destruction/damage to tires, wheel rims, or hubcaps, destruction/damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, and vehicle windows.
WUG coverage does not exempt the obligation to contact the police and the lessor in the event of vehicle damage.

If the user chooses to add RA at the contract signing and, in the event of the user's fault for the vehicle's immobilization (incorrect fueling, punctured/damaged tire, damaged vehicle clutch, lost vehicle keys, stuck vehicle, and damages to the vehicle that caused immobilization), the user will not bear the cost of organizing assistance (towing service). Instead, they will bear the cost of the damage caused by the user's fault, which will be charged to the user in accordance with the General Terms of Rental and the lessor's tariffs.
If the user does not choose to contract RA at the signing of the vehicle rental agreement and immobilization occurs, the user can choose one of the following two options:
Yes, it is mandatory to inspect the vehicle at the pick-up and compare the damages on the vehicle with the damages on the vehicle condition form provided with the rental agreement.
After inspecting the vehicle, the user confirms with their signature on the vehicle condition form that all damages on the vehicle are recorded and that the condition of the taken-over vehicle corresponds to the condition recorded on the vehicle condition form.
If the user believes that there are damages to the vehicle that are not listed on the vehicle condition form, the user should contact the branch where the vehicle was taken over for additional verification.
If you have any damage to the vehicle, you need to contact the branch where the vehicle was picked up and the police to make a police report for the agreed rental conditions to be valid.
In case of loss of keys, vehicle documents, or plates, it is necessary to immediately contact the branch where the vehicle was picked up. Since the loss of keys, vehicle documents, and plates is considered damage caused by negligence, the user will be charged for the costs arising from it.
